OUR HISTORY

ConxxNE is the leading fixed wireless technology company devoted to the design and implementation of flexible, cost-effective communications network solutions.

We have big-name clients, but our roots are in roots in rural America. An early 90’s community effort in Allegany County Maryland solved a telecommunications crisis and delivered connectivity that kept big regional employees from fleeing. This was two years before the commercial internet began.

In 2004 Conxx was spun out of that collaboration as a technology transfer company to evangelize the architecture and technology developed over the prior 12 years. Today the patented Conxx carrier-grade network is a fusion of fixed wireless, fiber, licensed and unlicensed technology recognized as a ‘best practice’ for a multi-service network. Conxx deployments span thousands of square miles and use best-of-breed hardware to ensure carrier-grade network performance.

Conxx evolved to serve clients of all sizes and types and developed numerous network measurement and management products that support the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of operations.

In 2019 ConxxNE launched as a Network Deployment and Project Management entity.
